Family Business Handbook

This handbook has been developed by the UAE Ministry of the Economy to serve as a guide using the tools now available to every family in business in the UAE to build their own FBA. The handbook provides a comprehensive overview of the issues and considerations for family businesses in the context of the Family Companies Law. It identifies the key issues

which families must address in forging their future direction and building an enduring foundation for enterprise and wealth.
